Because it’s like cooking without a recipe, or building a home without land and blueprints. Without it, there is no stable structure, no well-thought-out business strategy, and branding cannot function effectively—neither online nor in physical presence. The first step of any business idea is to build our plan based on structure and strategy.
What length of business plans do I prepare?
This always varies and is tailored to the individual, that is, to the company, but there are also generally known business plan formats.
Short-term business plans of 1–3 years
Longer-term, 3–5 year, 15–25 page detailed business plans that meet the criteria and requirements of business organizations (e.g., GmbH/KFT)
Complex, 15–35 page plans that meet official expectations and investor/grant requirements
