3.Formation of the Agreement

Each cooperation creates a contractual relationship between the Service Provider and the Client.
4.Confidentiality and Exclusivity
Both the Service Provider and the Client shall treat as strictly confidential all business, strategic, financial, organizational, or personal data, information, and know-how obtained during their cooperation.
The Client expressly agrees not to disclose, copy, resell, or otherwise share in part or in whole any written, verbal, or digital documentation, advice, business plan, strategy, system, or methodology received from the Service Provider to any third party. Such materials may only be used for the Client’s own business purposes with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
All materials, methodologies, and documentation provided by the Service Provider are protected under copyright law. Any unauthorized use will result in legal action and claims for damages.
The confidentiality obligation of both parties remains in force indefinitely, even after the termination of the contractual relationship.
The Service Provider acts solely in the interest of the Client throughout the entire cooperation and undertakes not to enter into any business relationship with a direct competitor of the Client during the collaboration or within six (6) months after its termination, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Client.
5.Fees and Payment Terms
The Service Provider’s fees are determined individually within each contractual agreement.
All consultations (by phone, online, or in person) take place at pre-agreed times, with an hourly rate of 294 CHF.
The Service Provider shall issue an invoice immediately after the consultation appointment has been booked, and the full amount must be settled prior to the session.
In the event of late payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge default interest.
6.Complimentary Consultations
The Service Provider does not offer free consultations.
Every session, including the first one, is subject to the standard consultation fee, which the Client is informed of in advance.
7.Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
A cancellation made within this period incurs a 50% service fee, meaning that the full amount of 294 CHF is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, in the event of a no-show, or in case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice, the consultation will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, a new appointment cannot be requested from the Service Provider due to loss of trust, and the full service fee remains with the Service Provider.
If the Service Provider cancels or reschedules the appointment, 50% of the service fee will be refunded to the Client, and an additional 30-minute online consultation will be offered as compensation.
8.Copyright and Confidentiality
All materials, documents, strategies, and advice provided by the Service Provider are protected by copyright and may only be used for the Client’s own business purposes with the Service Provider’s prior consent.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business, personal, and financial information obtained during the cooperation, in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
The confidentiality obligation remains binding indefinitely, even after the termination of the cooperation.
9.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The cooperation is governed by the laws of the country where the Service Provider’s registered office is located (in Hungary: the Civil Code).
Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation.
10. Data Protection
The Service Provider manages the Client’s personal data in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations and local data protection laws, exclusively for the purpose of cooperation.
Further details are available in the Cookie Policy.

13.Professional Boundaries and Disclaimer
The services provided by Divine Business Management – including management, mentoring, consulting, coaching, and both business and self-development guidance – are based on extensive professional experience, decades of practical knowledge, and a holistic approach.
The Service Provider’s goal is to support clients in their personal growth, self-alignment, and business development with empathy, integrity, and excellence.
However, it is important to emphasize that these services do not replace professional work in the legal, financial, medical, or psychotherapeutic fields. The Service Provider does not provide:

• psychotherapy.
The Client is responsible for seeking a qualified professional when the situation or decision requires such expertise.
